Great to hear from you, and to see that Elvin ("Mr. Martinez") has checked in as well! I could not agree with you more about last week's experience. I still have a "buzz" from it all. It's Day 1 back in the office and I feel this incredible sense of empowerment! Dealing with issues has never been easier. I feel as a weight has been lifted from my back!
Still winter here in Anchorage, though things have warmed into the 30's, so the snow is starting to melt. We're currently gaining 5 minutes, 49 seconds/day, so spring will come rapidly!
I look forward to hearing from the rest of Team 2395!
