Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at Rapport Education!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is my second entry, and as I said earlier on December 21st, I'm honored to be a regular contributor to this fantastic website. Tomorrow when I return to school, I will begin my 6th year as a Rapport Teacher. I call it being a "Rapport Teacher" because I have learned far more since I began applying my training to the classroom, than I have learned from teaching the previous 20 years without the training. I'm so looking forward to sharing my knowledge and skills that I have aquired, and also to answering any questions that anyone may have. You may contact me at any time, and I will respond within 24 hours. I 'm also working on my Master's Project in Organizational Leadership, and I will enjoy sharing my experiences with that as well, because I know that there will be something that will help someone or a number of people. I look forward to everyone's feedback. This is going to be a great year in education. Our circle of influence as teachers will grow as well.
I look fowrard to the many conversations, e-mails, and phone calls that will be occur. This is what I tell my students at least 3-5 times per week: "Get Used To Being Successful"

Make it a fantastic day!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bring it from your heart!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!
I'm very honored to be invited to join such a prestigous group and be a regular contributor.
I was very fortunate to be in a position to take and graduate from my first Rapport class (LB1) on December 19th, 2004, some five years ago. I had been teaching for 20 years before my first class. I haven't learned nearly as much the first 20 years as I have learned the past 5. Since my first class, I've been fortunate enough to become a Master Graduate, a warrior ("Elk Eagle"), and just last month, became a Rapport Certified Specialist,
an honor that only two other teachers have achieved. And now I've been invited to write a book. I'm more than 53,000 words into the book, and I'm starting to see the completion of the book sometime in the next year. With the incredible support I have, I know now that I will complete the book. The book will not only be about empowering young adults (students) it will also be about bridging a gap of understanding between the business of teaching students and the business world itself. So the first contribution I have for Rapport Education is the first entry of my book, It is as follows:

When I walked into my classroom 1st period, the first day back from Christmas Vacation, the very first moment where I would finally begin applying my training, I said "Good Morning, Everyone, how was your vacation?" One of my students replied, "it was great Mr. Lloyd, now tell us how your vacation was, because your acting like something neat happened"; so I proceded to tell them, because it was then the excitement and passion finally began to emerge. And so it did. What I was not to fully realize until weeks later, was that not only had the teacher appeared when the students were ready, it was the teacher who was to become the student and the students teachers. At that moment, together, we all began to grow as leaders.

I look forward to hearing back from those who read this. After five years, that first moment I recall, and the same amount of excitement. I look forward to my next contribution, which will be shortly after Christmas. I hope everyone enjoys it.

Make it a fantastic day!!!!!!!!!
Bring it from your heart!!!!!!
